It's Kate Bush.
I had the very same poster on my bedroom wall in the 1980's

Good old estate agents calling it Southend when it's Shoebury. Yes, Shoebury is part of Southend but absolutely no-one calls it Southend! (yes, I lived there and no, didn't have a weed farm).

Saddest thing about that first one is that judging by the garden photo they've had kids living in that filth - I can only hope that the fact the house is on the market means they're now somewhere being taken care of properly.

More likely to be Grandad's house I would think (hand rail in bath probably shows it's an old bloke's house), and he's now brown bread. Not many Grandads with a thing for Kate Bush, mind you.

The toiletries in the bathroom would suggest it's not an old bloke's house. What it is is fking depressing.

Fair point. What I really like is that they've installed a new gas boiler in one of the bedrooms without removing the old one from the kitchen.

Ok.. the house isn't bad at all BUT have a brief watch of their recently uploaded 'video walkthrough'.
I have absolutely no idea why they would think that would help sell it.

Jesus christ. I mean the entertainment and memorable factor alone would make the EA fees a little more palatable biglaugh

Edit: That wasn't even a one off...
