Patrick Stewart has today announced it will be available on Amazon Prime outside of the USA.

It is still untitled.

I’m a Prime member, so pretty happy with that.

Yep, looks like a hybrid DS9/Voyager type uniform.

How is Discovery on Netflix but Picard will be on Prime?

15 years. So about 4/5 years after Nemesis, then 15 years on. Puts this at around 2390ish. The TNG music at the end got me all tingly!

Extremely excited for this now.

Part of me thinks that trailer would have been more effective without the majority of the dialogue. Irrespective, looking forward to this!

What are the predictions on TNG cameos? I’m going for Riker as he’s appeared in DS9, VOY and ENT. Can’t imagine Data coming in unless they do some spectacular CGI/make-up!

Brent could do it with a spot of after-effect Deepfake work on the face, easier than most.

I personally don’t think we’ll see any TNG cameos or any ships named Enterprise. The original lot have stated they haven’t been asked. The only original TNG actor who’s got a bit stty about it is Marina Sirtis (played Troi). We’ll see.

Actor topping up his bank balance by returning to a role he long thought below him shocker.

Also large mammal craps outdoors, more to follow.

I’m looking forward to it especially as it looks to start from final episode of tv show not the movies

It’s been confirmed it’s set 19 years after Nemesis (the final film) So around 27 years since the last episode.

I would think you are barking up the wrong tree. He’s worth around $70m. If he wanted money he could easily do any number of adverts. But I can’t recall many if any.

I think he might be doing this because it genuinely interests him.

Then again they say Robert de Nero is worth $200m and he’s in the warburtons and that new Kia advert. So shows that I know fk all.

The voiceover also calls him Admiral, he’s was still Captain at the end of the TNG series and throughout the films.

As long as Picard is used as the Sean Bean role. Ie launch the new series with a start then either phase him out or kill him having introduced us to a new crew.
Unlikely now I'd assume given the name.
