Atlantic weather week coming up. Very high rain totals for western areas, SE will escape the worst.

Most spring like here in the Channel Islands, could feel myself starting to burn whilst sat in the garden, even the sea felt most agreeable too.
Looks lovely!

Just found a woozy bee in my house (Reading/Oxfordshire border). Turfed him out of the window and off he flew. Temp around 15 this arvo, feels like the Med.

I've switched the (electric) underfloor off in the kitchen and knocked the thermostat down a degree on the central heating, so it's barely firing at all now. Did that yesterday, nobody seems to have noticed... whistle

Glorious dog walk in a t-shirt and sunglasses today. Windy but otherwise acceptable on the south coast.

Same. Mind, it turns out it's mostly moss rather than grass, but I'm sure I can sort that out.

How's the outlook for Easter, particularly up north? The met office long range forecast changes on a daily basis so I'm assuming unpredictable... hehe

Got some washing on the line before my first meeting this morning, when the suns out here in south oxon it's beautiful but then it goes behind a cloud for a bit and gets colder.

Incoming cold... Nothing to get excited about, just annoying.

I have a garden log cabin workshop to get assembled & treated / weather-proof, ideally by mid April or I'm going to start running into bother with storage- I reckon 3 consecutive calm, dry days should be enough to get it done... I don't even mind if it's cold! Unfortunately it's looking like a complete impossibility at the moment. Each time I check the weather it just continually shows rain for the next 14 days frown

It was delivered in Feb just at the end of the last cold spell and since then I don't think we've had a single 24hr period without either a downpour or high winds or both here in Oxfordshire. Winter can officially do one.

Rant over!
