Yes, it's difficult to see how their performance at the next election can be anything other than dismal.A party now dominated by oligarchs (Sunak), liars (Johnson) and caricatures (Rees Mogg) deserves to be hung out to dry.

That's not true. Politicians may answer a different question, give an answer which is ambiguous, even waffle. BJ is different while most of his speeches are waffle when asked direct questions he will some times give a clear and direct answer. The problem is many times that clear answer is a lie. Why the interest in this particular lie?

Politicians try to avoid direct lies because you will frequently be caught out. As has been the case with BJ.
