Small world. I've been in that house a few times and have known two previous owners.

Only potential irritant would be day time/week day noise from the playground.

I'd imagine not, also from memory, actually quite small inside.

Surely the above barn conversion is overpriced by at least 1.5 million?!
Yes, it's nice, but has no land listed, and a close neighbour. Am I missing something?
I would have expected an indoor 25m pool at this price as well...

Thats what I think when I look at all these big places. It's not even 'is it expensive to heat?' but even 'Is it possible?' Most are big imposing rooms with a token old nice looking Victorian radiator which wouldn't even touch the sides. Plus big single glazing and open fires look lovely but are a bit rubbish are heating anything.

I quite like that.
It makes a change from having all the rooms leading from a long corridor by having the additional wings.
Having said that, there's a sex pond in the master bedroom.....
