Back to FF prices for a second, here's a puzzling story. A light grey one was advertised at 110k at TH Bohler: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

And it has outstanding finance on it. Surely if you pay a £23k premium over the old price the difference must be somewhere around the outstanding amount.
I really like the car and the non-black cross-stitched seats but as a potential buyer I'm immediately seeing red flags...

Not a lot of super high end stuff. From the Owens auction, a nice 09 Ferrari California T made all the money £60K, nice 12 plate £75K Rolls Ghost. FF was the dearest thing there. Busy bidding to £113K then it stopped dead. I think that was all the money. It needed a small amount of paint, wheel refurb and tyres. Only had one key. Was only 10K miles, but hideum interior. Needed the dash and wheel truning black. It would be classy then. £3-4K refurb costs, then retail at what £130K+ ? Not a lot for the Amari lot, but I think they make as much on the finance as the cars.Loads of the London crowd there, most stuff sold. Bargain super tidy 60K mile 2011 X5 40d, right colour, last of that shape struggled at £11K. I thought that would be upper teens all day long...

They have it on SOR, a chum of the Sales Manager, but they don't know much about it, and didn't seem to be too helpful, only that it was 5 owners and 40K miles.
As I have been stalking these for some time, this is the same car, back in 2016 at 20k miles.

Call me silly but if those are numbers paid I don't think a cost of £40k for 3 years and 20k miles is too bad in a V12 Ferrari. Having said that I would have thought the value of that today would be under the magic £100k mark..

I think it's true that Brexit is slaughtering the market for indulgent luxury goods of all types. The number of FFs sub £100k is just one indicator.
A silver 2012 with a light-blue Carta di Zucchero interior just plummeted £20k. -18% is just desperate! Others will follow if they see that car go quickly. I wouldn't mind it but that interior would soon grate.
If you set aside emotional opinions for a second, there is functionally very little between a FF and say, a Rapide (apart from a dodgy 4WD system) but there are tons of the latter for £40k - £50k. Shows you how much the emotional side supports a price point.

Wowsers ! That Nottingham car looks very good value. Rear seat entertainment, not the most exciting colour, but not too bland. They don't mention how many owners. I agree though, I think there's a bloodbath in prices on the horizon. Not too many trading days to Christmas either. Not the time for exceeding their targets at the moment.
I think it is fairly telling that none are selling at the current prices advertised, if a Main dealer is slashing prices and has a decent car which is 2nd cheapest on autotrader...

I like the look of that silver one, but then I am a fan of blue interiors. I called up about the Graypaul £96K one - they said that it had been priced incorrectly, and should have been £112K ! This was reduced from £115K. Not much of a reduction for a car on their 90 day stockbook ! They said it would be corrected soon on Autotrader.
It was FFSH, 6 owners, high power stereo (JBL), two keys, 2 year approved Ferrari warranty.
These older ones don't have DAB on the ICE. Only the later ones (>15) with the two knobs on the head unit have DAB.

Oh that's a shame. The high power stereo option seems to be speakers and amp. They have JBL on the door grilles.
Later (>15) have this model fitted;
The Internet generally says the stereos are crappy. Ferrari will upgrade from early to late at a cost of around £4.5K. There is one FF in the classifieds with a double din Kenwood fitted. Looks rough, with a Halfords like surround !

I really like the Bentley one - very handsome interior with the right amount of carbon (i.e. wheel only) but the dash strip, center console and door hardware are alu/stainless which is dignified and handsome. As are the cross-stitched seats. Not too much mileage. It's dropped £10k since Q1-2. But there must be something that's not quite kosher with it mechanically?. Scenario: if I were to look through the invoices and see no work done ever on the PTU or DCT, in the back of my mind I'd be fearful that the the whole house of cards was about to collapse, and take my wallet with it. Would a 2 year power-train warranty cover all those eventualities?
