I've no idea what that's supposed to mean.

Aha - you're near me, the Ashmore Lane one has been up for years, just had a million quid knocked off it. Still lovely though.

Second one is just too close to the runway (I'm Biggin Hill/Tatsfield border) and its great if you don't mind planes, which I don't, quite the opposite - but I don't think being 100ft from it with some of the bigger aircraft now using it would be as romantic as it would have been 20 years ago with just the occasional private jet going up and the rest being Cessna's on a Sunday. There was a private 737 on the apron the other day!! Also the old pub at the end of the drive now being a Turkish restaurant would be like living next to a permanent barbecue in the summer.

Is that still for sale or sold and back again? Same photos, but price seems to have increased with added auction fees. Location is a bit meh from me, as it tells you all the places you could drive too- nice for entertaining for the w/end but not one my imaginary money.

Quite a journey it's been on, price-wise, in that time.

Where did you get that price history from?
It's a Chrome plug-in for Rightmove. Sure it was recommended on here!
One of these two, no doubt: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/rightmov...
Thanks.

Blimey. £17M just for the plot, and a building straight out of Star Trek. One of the episodes where everyone at the newly discovered beautiful but alien race seem perfect until an insidious secret is uncovered...

I'll go for doubling the plot cost fully finished.

Best of all, she was singing in front of the A5 which runs about 15ft from your new house. It's all very Leighton Buzzard.

absolutely love that artists impression - 4.1 acres is a little much but I'd suffer it!!
