Who cares what he says, it's completely irrelevant to the decision made by World Athletics. They made a ruling that the competing
women will no doubt be delighted to hear.

It's a female category, not a women's category.

On the basis that you have to draw a line somewhere if you're going to have separate female elite sport, and this seems to have been done quite sensibly, openly and in consultation with lots of groups, it's all quite out of character for a sports governing body.

There were not that many women trying to compete as men in elite sports were there?
Just some scaffolder wanting to smash the ladies is what it looked like to most people.

Agree, should never have got to this point. Hopefully it will filter down to all levels of female sport.
