How can they justify spending the money once, twice, three times - the incompetent fools. Out of interest what is the local council ie labour, Tory or Greens (do they have any control anywhere?)

Last nights efforts, resulting in the 3rd attempt at a roundabout. You really wouldn't want come off on this gritty beast on a bike. weeping
