Morning, thanks for that....

so from the last thread on why it's taking so long to charge trump...

Theres too many investigations now, multiple grand jurys formed, for trump not to get away with it. On the tax fraud they have his signatures and those of Ivanka, Don Jnr and Eric all over the documents. They have his lawyers testimony against him (Cohen) and all the documents they seized from him.

trump fell back on using Giuliani as his fall guy, his go to, but he didn't have anywhere near the intelligence Cohen had and now all his documents and phones have been seized over trumps attempt to get Ukraine to manufacture dirt against Biden, plus he's the person who delivered all the faked certificate templates to the states that filled in fraudulent electoral claims and held meetings with them.

trump is also a slam dunk for a prosecution in Georgia, we've all heard the phone call where he asked the Gov to 'find' him one more vote than Biden. That also allegedly went on in other states, with Clark, Meadows, Giuliani and others joining trump to try to pressure election officials to fraudulently claim trump win, either by finding votes or losing votes for Biden.

We know about Kanye Wests agent pressurising the Georgia election officials, promising them a mob outside their door if they didn't 'confess' to moving trump votes to Biden, which they didn't do. We know a mob later turned up at their door and they had to go into hiding.

Meadows has already revealed he hasn't the spine for protecting trump, so pressure on him will see him fold, as will others now that trumps claim of executive privilege has gone. Others such as Powell, Lindell, Giuliani, Stone, Flynn will still believe in trump and I doubt give him up.

But the plot and planning behind getting 7 states plus votes thrown out by Pence over fraudulent claims of voter fraud, to give trump the win by two votes, was huge and involved many people. 81 people now who signed fraudulent documents, all the others involved in creating and planning that. The 60 plus failed law suits in those states were part of this attempt to claim fraud to give a sense of authority for Pence to not accept those state votes.

The month plus long planning in the insurrection attempt, the distraction rally, getting the magamob to the capitol as the distraction, whilst the maga militia broke in with inside knowledge of the weak spots. After Pence refused of 3rd and 5th Jan to do trumps bidding, the maga militia plan was changed to destroy the electoral vote envelopes, to take hostages and hold the capitol (hence the QRF and weapons stash in nearby hotels).

Many people were involved in that and are looking at serious prison time, so we've already seen many take plea deals.

Once it all starts to break, theres only a short time for those seeking plea deals to take their opportunity, before everything is known (if not already) and their information is worthless. There will be a tipping point, but many will be going to jail over 6 Jan, more than just the 700 odd minions charged already.

But its building the case, bottom up, which is what the DOJ has been doing. we know the trump insurrection investigation knows more than their saying.
Whether trump faces jail over the insurrection attempt is mute, he'll throw everyone in first, especially Don jnr, Meadows, Giuliani etc claiming he knew nothing...

Same with the NY and Manhatten fraud cases, it's why Don jnr is losing the plot, he knows how much trouble he's in. It's why Ivanka has surfaced after a year of silence and trying to hide from the public eye. Lets not forget he's also being investigated for tax fraud in other states over his golf clubs etc, he could still face money laundering investigation in Scotland, if it wasn't embarrassing for the Scottish Govt.

With Georgia, it's a slam dunk. We have trump on tape, Meadows has handed over docs to the trump insurrection investigation.

Once one prosecutor starts with charges, I expect many others will follow, but it takes time to build the case, slowly, carefully. It has to be watertight and even when it is, I suspect trump will again call for violence from the magamob...

trumps running out of money, his business is still losing money lots and there's only so much he can take from the Pacs. He's down to $93m in cash and you can see why he;s got the RNC paying his legal bills, not only because he's tight but he has cash flow problems.

I expect another trump bankrupcy before he goes to jail, and that will hurt him much, much more. As magalago is now classed as his home, they can't take that, but could seize whatever assets he has left, which would be worth a lot less than trump values them at. It could be his final days are him camped out there, complaining to anyone how he was innocent, it was all a plot.
Jail time would be the icing on the cake.

Stuart Rhodes was arguing in court that he should be released on bail pending his court appearance. His lawyer claimed he was no risk, that if he was important they would have arrested him sooner, ignoring the $10k Rhodes spent on weapons on the way to the Capitol that are still unaccounted for...

He lost, he stays in jail

edit:
The ruling also made provisions for Rhodes to testify to the trump insurrection investigation

ruling is here: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

Edit2: Oh my, Rhodes ex-wife provided evidence of escape tunnels he dug in his back garden

The Daily Beast are reporting that Matt Gaetz was warned in 2017 that a teenager he had paid to have sex with was a minor, according to Ellicott, Greenberg’s longtime best friend and an employee at the Seminole County tax office.
He was there and witnessed the call that Greenberg made to Gaetz

Ben Williamson, an aide to former Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, had given about seven hours of testimony to the January 6th Committee. This length of time almost certainly meant that Williamson was fully cooperative, as it hasn't taken others that long to plead the 5th.

It's claimed Williamson was present as several critical times and can give first hand testimony to Meadows involvement.

I thought QAnon was here to protect everyone from peadophiles

YouTube has removed a QAnon channel that frequently featured a convicted child predator, David Todeschini who appeared in at least five videos since December.

He was convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree and sodomy in the second degree of an 8-year-old boy. The two sexual assaults are documented in the New York State Criminal Justice System where he's listed as a Level 3 Risk, which is "high risk of repeat offense and a threat to public safety."

Todeschini's crimes were outed by Right Wing Watch in 2021 after he promoted false conspiracy theories about Democrats being part of a child sex ring.

As reported previously, John Eastman, who was the lawyer behind the plan for Pence to disqualify states that voted for trump, lost his fight to hide his phone records etc from the trump insurrection investigation.

Judge Carter made a point that Eastman’s “actions clearly fall within the bounds” of the trump insurrection investigation and that those actions included his writing of two memos on how Pence could be compelled to overturn the 2020 election results. Judge Carter wrote there were “numerous plausible legislative measures” that could one day be taken because of Eastman’s conduct and communications.

The judges ruling is here:

The Michael Flynn inspired insurrectionist and QAnoner Nicholas Languerand got 44 months in prison.

This was the magamob member who plead leniency saying he had been influenced by trump, Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, and Lt General Thomas McInerny.
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

He had pled guilty to assaulting officers, throwing a large orange bollard and some sticks at the officers in the Tunnel at the coup attempt and then stealing a riot shield.

Remember also that Frank Caporusso and Brendan Hunt have claimed they were inspired to threaten violence by Flynn.

Well the last quincentepaginarium (like Trump I can make words up) took precisely one year and one week for us to plough through.

Fast forward to early February 2023, will DJT be:

Running for President.

Incarcerated in an adjoining cell to Ghis & Andy.

Camped out at Lago telling wedding guests that he was the greatest ever President and had the election stolen.

TV host on Fox (or perhaps Russia Today).

In post as Ukraine’s Foreign Minister.

Dead.

NBC are reporting that Senate Democrats are planning to do exactly the same McConnell did for trump and confirm Biden's Supreme Court nominee in a similar timeframe and way tne Republicans used to confirm Amy Coney Barrett. She was confirmed just 27 days after her nomination.

Judge Carter is demanding that Eastman speeds up the process of handing over documents to the trump insurrection investigation after rejecting his claims of privilege.

He says Eastman has to begin processing at least 1,500 pages of records per day, providing any unprivileged docs to the Jan. 6 committee immediately and itemising others in a daily, detailed privilege log, then also said that if the committee disputes any of Eastman’s privilege claims, Carter will review the document himself and adjudicate the matter

Even more if Biden nominates a black woman judge like he said he would
