What’s the story on getting these fitted? From what I have read they need to be combined with other parts etc to gain the benefits? I bought a pair of these a while back, but have not yet had them fitted.

I spoke to a mechanic who knows his TVR's about fitting these steering arms to my Tamora ,when fitted the only thing he mentioned was putting spacers under the steering rack and setting up the geo again. I'm sure somebody will have more knowledge about this than me.

Hi Darren. Unfortunately they are at the platers who are on lockdown so I am unable to get them. I will keep in touch and update as soon as I hear anything.

Andy.

Has anyone actually measured the difference in ball joint position when these are fitted compared to std ?
I am in the process of fitting the arms to mine and have measured and calculated that they will reduce the ball joint height by ~38mm. If the rack is also needing to be raised to get the arms closer to parallel (I've not checked mine yet) then I can only dread to think how far off parallel they must be at the moment (my car is lowered).

To any interested parties, I have some more sets of these in stock at the moment.
Same price as before at £295 for these delivered. Future batches will see a price increase as my material and workshop costs just keep on rising.

Regards,
Andy.

My '02 spec Tuscan front suspension with standard steering arms needed the steering rack lifting by 8mm to get the bump steer sorted. You are going to end up with a lot of bump toe out if the TRE is lowered by 38mm and even more if you add spacers.
