Can’t contact BR

I was over there last summer having an in depth chat with Mike & the phone never stopped ringing. It was very gratifying that instead of repeatedly interrupting our conversation to answer the calls he chose to ignore the phone to give me his full attention.

You just have to persevere. Try calling early morning.

I called early morning to book my car in, and they were fine. Seemed to have some phone issue during summer months but works now. Mike does take his time for clients (even drove me back to Banbury station) so might be worth to persevere
