So, having finished vol1 with a low point of mentioning Boopz, will continue on a lowly theme while we wait for Swinners to post.

Mornflake Jumbo Oats, raisins, sultanas, ss milk. Deliberately controversial choice of 'crockery'. Yes that is a plastic bowl.

(Post anthem tune "Things can only get better")

Nothing wrong with plastic bowls or plates, at least you didn't commit my usual ultimate sin of using a plastic side plate for toast AND black square crockery for everything else :-)

As for the oats was always taught if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all but if works for you then dig in and enjoy!

I had a double sausage McMuffin for breakfast, to complement the hangover I worked hard to deserve last night.

No photo. It looked just like a double sausage McMuffin.

They really are just about the most moreish foodstuff on the planet. I think I could eat four, but I've never attempted more than two.

It's people like you that are letting the team down. Macca's filth is what we need! Shame on you.

Don't get me wrong here, I'm a big fan of oats (and the addition of raisins and sultanas) and admire the use of a dedicated porridge vessel to both cook and consume them. It's an item I didn't know existed and I fully support both the fact it does exist and that people use them, why wouldn't you if it gets you a tasty bowl (cup?) of portable porridge and save on washing up?

I hope my comments didn't come across as a "dig" and I certainly wasn't trying to make the OP feel bad about about their life choices, the mere fact they shared something is a welcome thing and more than I've done to date due to even lower quality of my own offerings.

I eat instant noodles out of the polystyrene bowls they come in or at best use some bowls from IKEA, I'm not exactly spooning the good stuff from an array of Augarten porcelain.

Apologies for my shameful outburst.

Judging by the crumple'ness of the paper I suspect you have firked that out the bin to take a pic. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Good darts.

I'm a big fan, especially with the hash brown sandwiched in there too.

I recently discovered the McDonalds app and noted the "customise" button, I've never actually committed to a FrankenMuffin though.

Didn't realise we were allowed to triple them now. I think I know where I'll be going tomorrow morning biggrin

Thank you kindly, you're correct. Please remember me when it comes to casting your vote for the Annual Awards in December.

Think I was a bit harsh on the oats, can see the appeal on a cold winters morning and got to be one of those that tastes better than it looks.

Leftover beef stew with a slice of buttered (and peppered) Kingsmill.

This volume has started interestingly laugh

Buttered AND peppered bread does sound like something I need to try with a nice soup and a San Miguel instead of stew and Stella.

Never used to be a fan of pepper but then I ate a fresh peppercorn straight off the vine and I'm an absolute fiend for it now.

Gents, maybe I'm due the several parrots currently on final approach, but no offence taken. It was done quite deliberately to get some harsh comments, but suspect you both figured that out anyway.

Feel like a bacon and black pudding bap tomorrow. Minus score on the swinnerton scale probably.

Supermarket delivery on Sunday so we're scratting around the odds and ends at the moment.

There's not even any butter on the toast.
I'm gonna come round with James Martin and stamp on your pasta.
